The library’s meeting room was completed in February of 2014. Organizations, groups and clubs are encouraged to reserve it for their next function.

The library’s new meeting room is available for use by groups and organizations for meetings, and other functions or educational purposes. Since the room has been completed the library has used it for computer classes for seniors, youth service organization meetings, and children’s and teen events. The room seats 150 people or 75 people when using tables. It is equipped with a digital projector, computer, a white board, and wifi. There is a kitchen as well that may be used for serving refreshments or food that is brought in. Groups and organizations looking for a large space to hold events may call the library at 539-5454 to learn how to reserve the room.
